Thank you for shopping with us at Modish Roots! We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please read our Refund and Return Policy below. This policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns and issue refunds.

1. Returns and Exchanges

Clothing: We offer returns or exchanges on clothing items within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • The item must have all original tags attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging (if applicable).
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Electronics: Returns for electronics must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must meet these conditions:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition, with no signs of damage or wear.
  • The item must include all original accessories (e.g., box,chargers, manuals, etc.).
  • Packaging must be intact, and you must include proof of purchase.
  • For defective items, please refer to our warranty and defective product policies.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene or safety reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Underwear, swimwear, and intimate items.
  • Opened or used electronics (unless defective).
  • Items marked as final sale.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item.
  3. Packaging: Carefully package the item, including the RA number and proof of purchase. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
  4. Send Back: Ship the return to the address provided by our customer service team.

 

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 15 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your bank or credit card company.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or defective product).
  • If you received a damaged or defective item, we will offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on your preference.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, we will gladly assist you with the exchange. Please follow the same steps as the return process above, and we will send you the replacement item once we receive your returned product.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the expected processing time:

  • Double-check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 24 Hours of receiving your order so that we can process a replacement or refund. We may ask for photos or other documentation to assist with the claim.

7. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at modishroots01@gmail.com. Once an order is processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it, but you may return the item after receiving it, subject to our return policy.

8. International Returns

For international customers, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please contact us for return instructions specific to your region.
